This is Iggy (Short for Yggdrasil). She’s the namesake of Tree Frog Tropics. She secretly runs the whole show. Im just here for moral support.

Im Troy. 30 Something year-old with a hopefully healthy obsession with plants. Working full time in the IT space for over a decade. This is my way of escaping the screens and letting curiosity run again.

Ive been researching and growing orchids, carnivores, and Florida natives for about 5 years now. I find myself always chasing new info, and I’m always itching to share it with everyone around me.
